  • Be guided to integrate meditation and self-awareness practices that will integrate 9 Governing Principles that open you to your higher self in every day life.
  • Receive on-going email contact and support during the course.
  • Be given the audio recordings, practices and supporting slides of each session to look back on whenever you need.
  • Be able to progress onto Level II.
