Kundalini Dance is a sacred embodiment practice that anchors us into the Earth’s core — the radiant heart of the Divine Mother. We draw her vibrant energy into the body, igniting the flame of Shakti Kundalini.

Through breath and movement, we dance through the chakras — clearing, awakening, and realigning our energy centers with the love of the Earth and Spirit. As the energy rises into the heart, we expand our capacity to feel, love, and live in truth.

From there, we lift into the Divine Masculine — uniting earth and sky, feminine and masculine — and attune to the higher frequency of love and light.

    Benefits:
    - Clears stagnant energy and emotional blockages – Through rhythmic movement, breath, and intentional shaking, the body releases stored tension and old emotions, creating space for fresh energy and a lighter state of being.
    -  Raises vibration, harmonizes, and aligns the chakras – The practice elevates the frequency of each energy center into alignment with creation itself, bringing the chakras into harmonic resonance with higher consciousness.
    - An alchemical, shamanic dance journey into Tantric Union and connection with divine feminine earth energies, Heart, and divine masculine sky energies– Each dance becomes a sacred ritual of plugging into the grounding force of Earth, the expansive love of the Heart, and the infinite wisdom of the central sun, while awakening the Tantric Union within: balancing receptivity with action, softness with strength, and intuition with clarity.

    Who Should Avoid this class:
Not recommended during pregnancy, as the intensity of breathwork and pelvic activation may not be safe for expectant mothers.

  • Description

The class is a group practice from the Babaji lineage that uses the transformational power of om to activate the self-healing potential of participants. Bathing in its resonance clears mental and physical blockages, promotes inner peace, mental clarity, emotional freedom and physical health as the chanting generates a vibrational frequency that releases negativity, transforms it and showers participants with positive energy.

The vibrational waves created by the OM Chanting practice continue to resonate in participants bodies after the circle allowing them to share the good vibrations wherever they go.

    Benefits:
    - Nervous System Regulation: The vibration of OM lengthens exhalation, activates the vagus nerve, and settles the sympathetic “fight–flight” response. This brings calm, reduces anxiety, and stabilizes emotional reactivity.
    - Energetic Alignment: OM resonates through the whole body, especially crown, throat, and heart, creating coherence between subtle energy centers. Many traditions hold it as the primordial sound, so chanting it re-tunes your field to that baseline frequency.
    - Expanded Awareness: The sound naturally draws attention inward, quiets the mental field, and anchors awareness in presence. Over time, this dissolves identification with thought and allows direct experience of unity or inner spaciousness.

    Who should avoid this class:
People with acute psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe dissociation should avoid regular chanting. They may find the sound resonance destabilizing, as it can amplify inner voices or intensify altered states

Rather than offering answers, this space invites you to reflect:

Where in your life do you already know the truth…

    but aren’t living it?

And what would it take to take one step toward it?

Whether you feel deeply connected or just curious,

  • Description

Stop overthinking your healing. Your body already has the blueprint.

You’ve spent years analyzing the "why." You’ve done the talk therapy, the journaling, and the mindset work.

Yet, the tension remains, a physical weight in your chest, a tightness in your jaw, an unshakable buzz of anxiety in your limbs. After 17 years traversing the Himalayas and diving deep into Taoist and Tantric traditions, I discovered a singular truth: true regulation isn’t a conversation; it’s a physical discharge. From the Kalahari Bushmen to modern neurobiology, the mechanism is the same. Your nervous system doesn't need more information, but more embodiment.

This practice uses two types of somatic shaking: Dynamic Shaking, where you intentionally move your body to release tension and anxiety, and Neurogenic Shaking, where the body begins to shake naturally, helping you go deeper and release what’s stored inside.

This is a NATURAL mechanism, animals do the same to discharge stress and excess energy, whether after being still for too long or after intense moments like escaping a predator. Your body already knows how to do this.

    Benefits:
    - release deep muscular and fascial tension stored in the body
    - calm chronic stress patterns and reduce anxiety
    - regulate your nervous system and build real resilience
    - support circulation and stimulate lymphatic flow
    - access and release emotional charge without reliving the story
    - reconnect with a grounded sense of safety and presence in your body

    Who Should Avoid This Class:
Not recommended for individuals currently experiencing acute psychiatric episodes or those on antipsychotic medications, unless advised by a healthcare provider.
