    Experience a unique meditation practice designed to deepen connection with yourself and others.

    We begin with long, heartfelt hugs to promote oxytocin release and openness. Then, we transition into a silent sitting meditation, cultivating awareness as we allow the breath to move through us. From there, we engage in an open-eyed meditation, gazing into each other’s essence with presence. To integrate the experience, we conclude with the Noticing Game, an authentic relating exercise where partners share their present-moment observations and reflections.
