The heart self acts as the foundation to spiritual ascension and is the first portal that opens the truest expression of our soul mission.
The first of three trainings offers you an inner map of how we create and define our true nature and greater purpose. Each of us are here to unlock the greater mystery of who we are and what we are here for. To achieve this we must be reminded of the origins of our true self and how it is designed to flow with life effortlessly. On this progressive journey to unfolding the true self you will be empowered to,
– Free limiting beliefs that restrict your creative power.
– Create life in union with the unlimited expression of the heart self.
– Open to pathways within that embody deeper frequencies of love and fulfillment.
EMPOWER THE WILL
The Will is the stabilizing force, channeling the energy so that it weaves the souls mission into the manifest and successfully drives it forward into the world.
By developing an invincible power of will, we overcome inner and outer distractions and give priority to beliefs originating from the true self alone. Only then do we anchor ourselves firmly within the I AM consciousness that delivers itself and is complete.
EMBODY THE CREATIVE SPIRIT
The Creative Spirit is the unifying principle that elevates consciousness to align with the identity of the true spirit self.
As we learn to align all three forces we no longer succumb to the old structures of separateness and isolation but be one with source.
With inner connection established we ignite the fire of our spirit to lead our life and penetrate our light effortlessly in to the world.

Your Journey
You can choose from training sessions or mentoring sessions.
For those who wish to have training you will need to commit to at least 6 sessions depending on your goals, and the area you wish to develop from the above program. This can run every week or fortnightly.
Mentoring sessions are more focused on personal exploration and allowing your own process to unfold with the support of aligning practices and knowledge. This can be at any pace, one off, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Both training and mentoring session give you access to an on-line library of resources, with practices, videos and knowledge to continue your exploration out with the session.
Cost of sessions is based on a sliding scale between £30 – £200 per session. It is left to you to decide on the amount based on your financial circumstances.

Kefah Bates
Kefah Bates has over 20 years experience working in the field of healing and empowerment in the UK. During this time she ran a healing center and practiced as a Counsellor, Shamanic Healer, Spiritual Teacher and is the Author of ‘Live The Life Of empowerment’, ‘Healing Truths’, and her latest 2023 release, ‘The 3 Keys To Spiritual Success’.
Having settled in Bali the last few years, she has co-founded the School Of Unified Healing and focuses on teaching people on the essential aspects of healing, transformation and uniting with the true self. Kefah offers her trainings on-line and in-person healing sessions in Bali.
